About us
The Port Of Lancaster Smokehouse was established on the Quay in Lancaster over 50 years ago before moving to its current home in Glasson Dock. The smokehouse is still a family run business producing a vast array of smoked produce. We still use the traditional methods when it comes to smoking and curing, with nothing being added to products apart from salt, smoke and time. We supply restaurants, hotels, farm shops and delis across the UK as well as our factory shop in Glasson Dock being open 7 days a week. We source our ingredients from the local surrounding area and focus on using sustainable, MSC certified fish.
