Shipping And Handling

We operate a flat rate for Express Shipping: Mainland England, Scotland and Wales: £5.49 (FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £60) 
Please note:  This shipping offer is not valid in the following areas : Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, including certain postcodes in Scotland. We would ask that you please call us to confirm shipping costs as these will differ to the costs shown on the checkout page
 
We use APC, Parcelforce and Royal Mail, who aim to have your goods delivered within 48 hours.  Orders are despatched Monday- Friday. If a mobile number is left at the checkout then you will receive the tracking details once the order has been processed. 
 
 
Scottish Highland & Islands and Channel Island customers please note: a carriage surcharge is payable. Should this be the case we will contact you, prior to the shipment of your order. This may be paid for by credit or debit card.

 

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh products they will require refrigeration upon arrival. it is your responsibility to ensure that an address is provided (work or home) where someone will be available to receive your delivery OR specific delivery instructions are entered to leave your parcel in a safe dry place. We cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered due to customer/recipient not being available to receive order. We also cannot be held responsible for parcels going missing if left in specified 'safe place' or if parcel has been left in the safe place for a long period of time causing the parcel to no longer be fit for consumption. If a safe place is not specified our couriers may choose a place to leave the parcel where they see fit. You will receive notification from the courier when the parcel has been delivered and where it has been left.
