Exquisite flavour

This is my favourite smoked salmon. I prefer this delicate smoky flavour and melt in-the-mouth texture to any other smoked salmon.
My normally chatty friends fell completely silent in emjoyment as they tasted this. My only disappointment was there was no leftovers for me the next day.

Superb piece of fish

Perfectly hot smoked, taste not too strong. Arrived promptly and extremely well packaged. I will definitely use Lancaster Smokehouse again.
