Our Prosciutto Crudo is Italian and packed full of flavour. Prosciutto Crudo is twice salted and it is rich in colour and flavour.  Delicately sliced and ready to serve, our prosciutto makes a delicious starter or try it wrapped around asparagus and pan fried.
