Our handmade sausages are made using wild, lean venison following a traditional recipe. We only source the finest ingredients to create our sausages which are rich in flavour with a juicy bite.
Minimum Weight 300g
Venison (70%), pork (15%), fat (5%), Rusk, Deffated Soya, Salt, Wheat Flour, Spices, herbs, Yeast, Stabilisers, Dextrose, Onion, Colour Carmine, Collagen Skins.

Good solid (dense) sausages, full of meat, packed and well filled. Make stunning toads too.

A fairly strong gamey sausage, I enjoyed them as a treat, if you like the flavour of game these are for you.
Beautiful and tasty. Have decided to freeze some in pairs as previously froze in the pack, then went through then at a rate of knots once defrosted.

Venison sausages have a much stronger taste than the usual pork or beef ones. These are excellent quality, very tasty and are much firmer than regular sausages. Recommend you try them.
